This application is provided exclusively for exhibitors at Euroexpo fairs<\/strong>. Its sole purpose is to allow exhibitors to scan barcodes on visitor badges (provided voluntarily by visitors) and export the scanned information for their business use.<\/p>\n Euroexpo Fairs Login data<\/strong>: Users cannot self-register. All accounts are created by Euroexpo. Only username and password are processed for authentication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Scanned visitor data<\/strong>: When an exhibitor scans a visitor\u2019s badge, the information encoded in the barcode is processed. This information is provided voluntarily by the visitor when presenting the badge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exported data<\/strong>: Exhibitors can export scanned badge data as a CSV file and store it locally on their device or share it via the operating system\u2019s share function.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Location data<\/strong>: With the user\u2019s permission, the app may access device location to provide location-based services during fairs (e.g., event navigation, exhibitor mapping, or location-based notifications).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Camera access<\/strong>: required for scanning visitor barcodes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Storage access<\/strong>: required to save the exported CSV file on the device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Sharing access<\/strong>: required to export CSV data via your device\u2019s share menu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Location access<\/strong>: required if you choose to use location-based services (navigation inside the event, location-based notifications).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The app does not<\/strong> use cookies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The app does not<\/strong> use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The app does not<\/strong> perform profiling, networking directories, or push advertising.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Exhibitors\u2019 login data<\/strong> is processed under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contractual necessity).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Visitors\u2019 badge data<\/strong> is processed based on the visitor voluntarily presenting their badge for scanning (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR \u2013 consent).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Location data<\/strong> is processed only with the user\u2019s consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Data is stored locally on the exhibitor\u2019s device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n CSV export or sharing is fully under the exhibitor\u2019s control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Euroexpo does not transfer badge or location data to third parties or process it outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Login credentials remain active until the account is deactivated by Euroexpo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exported badge data and location data remain only on the exhibitor\u2019s device and under their control.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n All login connections use SSL encryption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding the CSV files they export from the app.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Visitors and exhibitors may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by contacting data.protection@euroexpo.ro<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\nData Controller<\/h3>\n
