Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file saved by your browser when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies we use and how you can control them.

What we use

The site is generated statically and does not use advertising, profiling or social media cookies. The only optional cookies are the security ones (reCAPTCHA) and the statistics ones (Google Tag Manager), and they are set only with your consent.

The strictly necessary cookies are: PHPSESSID (a temporary security token for forms, which expires when the browser is closed) and cc_cookie (which remembers your cookie choice, 6 months). These do not require consent.

The _GRECAPTCHA cookie, from Google reCAPTCHA, is set only if you give your consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.

Content from other websites

The Exhibitors page has a clip hosted on YouTube. It does not load automatically: you see only the thumbnail, served from our own server. The player loads from youtube-nocookie.com — Google's version without tracking cookies — only when you press the play button.

Until that click, YouTube receives no information about your visit. After you start the video, Google's privacy policy applies.

The Contact page has a Google Maps map. It appears automatically only if you accept the “Map (Google Maps)” category in the cookie banner. If you decline, you see a button, and the map loads only when you press it. Until then Google receives no information about your visit. Once loaded, Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies; Google's privacy policy applies.

reCAPTCHA

The forms (contact, quote request, newsletter) are protected with Google reCAPTCHA v3, which tells real visitors from robots. The Google script loads only after you accept the “Security” category in the cookie banner, and Google may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie and may receive data about your device and browsing (IP address, cursor movements, browser settings).

If you decline, the forms still work, without reCAPTCHA; your message is protected only by the site's other measures. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Statistics (Google Tag Manager)

To understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources), we use Google Tag Manager, which activates the measurement tools we have configured. The Google script loads only after you accept the “Statistics” category in the cookie banner. Until then, Google receives no information about your visit.

After consent, Google may receive your IP address and data about your device and browsing, and may set cookies; for example, if Google Analytics 4 is enabled, the _ga and _ga_ cookies followed by the property identifier, lasting up to 2 years. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer: the statistics cookies are deleted and the script no longer loads. Google's Privacy Policy applies.

How to control them

You can delete existing cookies and block future ones from your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies may stop the forms from working.
